This rice silky polishing machine is mainly used to polish the white rice in the rice milling process and further improve the smoothness of the white rice. It is the key equipment for the production of no rice washing. The equipment has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance, reasonable technology, simple operation and convenient maintenance.

Working Principle:

The white rice processed by the rice mill is fed into the polishing chamber by the feed hopper through the flow regulating mechanism and spirals along the surface of the polishing roller. The water heated and pressurized by the water pump assembly is sprayed in multiple ways from the center of the main shaft of the polishing machine. The water mist enters the polishing chamber through the hole on the main shaft and mixes with the white rice. According to a certain linear speed, the polishing roller and the white rice have strong turning and friction movement. Under the action of high-pressure air flow generated by the fan, the furfural powder on the surface of the white rice is forced to separate from the rice grains through the hole on the main shaft to the polishing chamber, and then discharged out of the sieve hole, so as to improve the smoothness of the rice grains.
